Our personnel are experienced, alert, and cross-trained on all of our routes. The turnover of our personnel is minimal. Our operators take pride in their work and understand that "their sweeps" reflect the image of both our company and yours.

Our drivers use a checklist and are trained to spot problems on your property. The checklist is turned in with their daily reports. Any problem areas on customer properties are noted and the owner or property manager notified. Our philosophy is that we are the eyes for the property managers and owners, since we are regularly on the property, as well as there when management typically is not.

We have a full time mechanic in our shop and have two back-up sweepers that are insured and ready to run. This maintenance and back-up system provides peak mechanical performance levels and virtually eliminates the problem of missing scheduled sweeps.

Clean Sweep maintains at least one retired Certified Property Manager (CPM) within our organization. This is part of our continuing emphasis on immediate response to our customers needs.
